Whether you're purchasing a slot in one of our community videos or ordering a custom creation, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find answers to common questions to get you started.
What’s the difference between a Roll Call video slot and a custom video?
- Roll Call Video Slot: Your name is included in one of our public, community videos posted on Wednesdays or Saturdays. You can purchase up to 9 slots for to feature multiple names or even to give a child one or more turns! These videos are posted on SandZ Academy's main YouTube channel.
- Custom Video: A private, personalized video created just for you—ideal for classes, families, birthday parties, or family gatherings, or any special occasion. These videos are posted on our dedicated Roll Call YouTube channel.
How do I purchase one (or more) Name Slot(s) in a Roll Call video?
Scroll down to the "Add Up to 9 Names To the Next Roll Call Video" section, select the number of slots you'd like (up to 9), and include your name list in the designated box. Your names will be featured in one of the next two videos we post after your purchase.
Can I choose what action is assigned to a name in my Roll Call video?
Absolutely! If you have a preference, refer to our sample video above, choose the action, and let us know in the notes section during checkout. We’ll assign the action you choose to the name you specify. If you run out of characters in the notes, feel free to email us at contact@sandzacademy.com.
How do I purchase a custom Roll Call video?
Scroll down to the "Order A Custom Video" section, add up to 40 first names (you may include a last name initial for students with the same name), and place your order. You will receive your custom video within 7 to 10 days. Be sure to check the email associated with your order!
If you have more than 40 names, please email us at contact@sandzacademy.com BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER and we’ll help you out!
