What is Intelligence?
According to Webster’s Dictionary, intelligence is “the ability to learn or understand things or to deal with new or difficult situations.”
It's how your brain helps you understand information, learn new things, or figure out what to do when something tricky happens.
Now, here’s something very interesting: There isn’t just one type of intelligence! In fact, there are 12 different types! This means that you can be smart in lots of different ways. Some people are great at math, while others are awesome at drawing, making music, or even being kind to others.
Let’s dive into each type of intelligence and see how you can figure out which type (or types!) might be yours!
Do you love reading books, writing stories, or playing with words? Then you might be Word Smart! People with this intelligence are good at using words to express ideas, share stories, or even learn new languages.
